Production steps:
Step 1: put the purple potato into the steamer and steam it (it can be easily inserted with chopsticks) and then take it out to cool. Mash the steamed purple potato into mud, add the warm boiled yeast and flour, and knead it well to form a dough. Then cover it with fresh-keeping film or wet cloth and ferment it to twice the volume before fermentation. Also ferment the white dough.
Step 2: put the fermented white dough and purple potato dough on the chopping board sprinkled with a thin layer of flour, fully knead the air inside and knead them into strips; divide them into about 30g small dosage forms, and knead the small dosage forms; flatten the white small dosage forms, roll them into the middle thick and thin dough forms, and put the purple potato small dosage forms

Step 5: after 20 minutes, put the green body into the steamer, steam over high heat for about 15 minutes, then turn off the fire, wait for about 5 minutes, then open the lid and take it out.
