Braised Pork with Preserved Vegetable in Soya Sauce
Introduction:
"I learned how to cook with gourmets, and I have a collection of preserved pork with plum dishes. Today, I tried to make it myself. I feel very successful. I will share the recipe with you. Please give me more advice."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the raw material: a piece of streaky pork, and soak the right amount of dried plum vegetables in advance
The second step: wash the pork (with scrape the skin with a knife, scrape the dirt out of the meat pores), remove the blood foam after boiling water, then add it to the cold water with the Baijiu, and then boil it over, and cook it until the chopsticks are pierced.
The third step: soy sauce, old soy sauce and Baijiu juice, put the pork into the sauce, constantly pour on the top of the pork.
Step 4: put the streaky pork slices with sauce down and fry them in a pan over low heat until the skin is brown
Step 5: soak in water until there are bubbles in the meat
Step 6: cut the streaky pork into thick slices and fry it in a pan until both sides are brown (don't put oil in the pan, because the streaky pork itself has too much oil, and there is no oil to fry until the meat is not greasy)
Step 7: put the dried plum vegetables into the pan, add the sauce just smeared on the meat, add the juice of the cooked meat, add a little chili sauce, add the right amount of salt, sugar and other seasonings to taste, stir well and cook for three or five minutes
Step 8: stack the pork slices downward to make money
Step 9: pour the dried plum vegetables and juice into the pork bowl, cover the pork with dried plum vegetables, and the gravy is no more than the pork
Step 10: put it into a pot and steam it with water. Bring it to a boil over high heat and steam it over low heat for about 1 hour. In order to make the pork soft and glutinous, dried plum vegetables can absorb the gravy. It is suggested that the steaming time can be extended appropriately (I steamed for 1.5 hours)
Step 11: turn the bowl upside down on the plate and decant the soup.
Step 12: pour the soup into the pot, bring it to a boil over high heat, and bring it to a boil over low heat until the soup is a little thick. Then pour the soup on the streaky pork. It's a great success for the delicious and delicious preserved pork with plum vegetables
