Delicious braised pork with Agrocybe aegerita

Production steps:
Step 1: rinse the dried Agrocybe aegerita with water. Cut the pork into pieces about 2 cm wide. Cut the scallion into small pieces and slice the ginger.
Step 2: blanch the meat in water, wash and set aside.
Step 3: put proper amount of oil into the pot, pour the meat into the pot, stir fry with low heat until oil comes out, and then take it out for standby.
Step 4: stir fry the onion and ginger with the extra oil in the pot until fragrant.
Step 5: stir fry the pork, then add wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
Step 6: put the washed Agrocybe aegerita in, cover the pressure cooker and press for 15 minutes.
Step 7: after the pressure goes down, move the vegetables into an ordinary pot and cook them over high heat until the soup is thick.

Note: 1. I use pressure cooker to cook this dish in order to save time. If I don't have pressure cooker at home, I can use ordinary cooker to cook it. It tastes the same, but it takes more time. 2. Dry tea tree mushroom should be washed in advance. 3.
