Super simple seasonal dish -- salad
Introduction:
"Today's vegetable willows are cheap, tender and delicious. I like salad best."
Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials: 400 grams of vegetable willow, 20 grams of raw soy sauce, old branches of vegetable willow, flower buds removed, washed and set aside
Step 2: bring to a boil with proper amount of water
Step 3: put in the vegetable willows and cook them (generally, it's almost enough to wait for the water to boil again. Don't overcook them for more than 2 minutes)
Step 4: cook and plate
Step 5: add proper amount of oil to the frying pan and heat it for 7 minutes
Step 6: pour evenly on the vegetable willows
Step 7: pour the soy sauce evenly (the amount of soy sauce is about the same when you see a small amount of soy sauce flowing out under the plate. My plate is high in the middle, so it looks like a lot of juice. Don't put so much juice, it will drip salty.)
Step 8: ready to serve, easy! ha-ha!
