"After several days of gloomy weather, people's interest in making delicious food has been greatly reduced. Just make one. The photos are also dark, and a little beauty of food can be found. Alas! Shaanxi pasta can be divided into many kinds according to the different accessories and seasonings. It has a good adjuvant treatment effect on hypertension, dizziness, diabetes and anemia caused by insufficient liver yin in spring. Therefore, it's good for your health to eat more spinach in spring. Spinach contains more oxalic acid. Oxalic acid is not a nutrient needed by human body. Excessive intake of oxalic acid will hinder the absorption of calcium and form insoluble calcium oxalate to precipitate. So before eating, blanch spinach to remove most of the oxalic acid without losing carotene. Eat spinach at different times, the role is also different Oh! In addition, we should pay special attention to the fact that although spinach can keep fit and benefit the body, the patients with deficiency cold of intestines and stomach and diarrhea should eat less...
