Production steps:
Step 1: the production method of purple rice grape stuffing. First, add some water into the purple rice (the ratio of purple rice to water I use is 1:1.3, which can be adjusted according to my taste), add a few dates, and cook them in an electric pressure cooker. Before I do it, I always soak the purple rice for an hour or two, or I can wash it directly and put it into the pot to cook.
Step 2: add appropriate amount of sugar while it is hot, and stir well.
Step 3: add the cleaned and drained black currant raisins and stir well. Cover the pot and simmer for a while (about 2 or 3 hours). After natural cooling, it can be wrapped.
Step 4: use the toaster and flour. Put some warm water into the toaster, put the yeast powder in and mix well, then add the flour, start the dough function and start kneading. I just knead the bread machine, so after kneading for 20 minutes, turn off the switch of the bread machine, take out the bread barrel, cover it with plastic wrap and put it beside the radiator to make the bread. Step 7: knead the dough into long strips, then roll the dough into a round shape (the same as making dumplings and steamed buns). Put in the purple rice grape stuffing and wrap well.
Step 8: add appropriate amount of water to the steamer in advance, and put the purple rice grapes on the grate with a certain distance between them. Cover the pan and ferment by the radiator until twice the size.
Step 9: steam over high heat. Turn off the heat after boiling for 15 minutes. Don't open the lid immediately. Open the lid in 10 minutes.
