Production steps:
Step 1: first copy the mutton with boiling water, boil off the blood, add ginger, cooking wine, pepper, star anise into the water.
Step 2: put the cooked mutton into the frying pan, stir fry it over low heat, then add the dried pepper, five spice powder, onion and ginger, stir fry with soy sauce, then add water to stew, about 40 minutes.
Step 3: after mutton stewed, add potato and carrot, add salt, chicken essence, add water, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4: after the soup is dried, sprinkle some chopped chives before leaving the pot.
