Production steps:
Step 1: use clean scissors to cut the shrimp spear, shrimp whiskers, remove the sand line, and then add a little cooking wine to marinate it.
Step 2: cut the scallion and ginger into small sections and set aside. Heat the pan and add peanut oil. Heat the oil and add the pickled shrimp.
