Fried oysters with eggs
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepared ingredients: egg, Hangzhou pepper, xuelihong pickle.
Step 2: fresh oysters, wash, set aside.
Step 3: fry the oysters with oil first.
Step 4: add the egg liquid, cut Hangzhou pepper, proper amount of sugar and soy sauce, and then add some Xueli red pickles, stir fry it quickly over high fire.
Step 5: sprinkle some scallions, put them in a pan and serve.

Hangzhou pepper: 30g
Soy sauce: 15g
Sugar: 10g
Note: xuelihong contains a lot of crude fiber, which is not easy to digest. It is not suitable for children with digestive insufficiency to eat more.
