Step 1: first, wash the snow crab (Antarctic crab).
Step 2: open the lid, remove the gills, open the legs, cut the middle in half, keep the original shape (easy to eat).
Step 3: set the plate to keep its original shape, sprinkle with appropriate amount of onion and ginger (not easy to use too many materials to prevent affecting the original taste).
Step 4: put the boiling water into the steamer and steam over medium high heat for 15 minutes.
