Introduction:
"Making donuts for the first time is very successful, so share it with you. There are many recipes for doughnuts, either with or without potatoes. I made this one without potatoes, but with butter, because the children like it better
Production steps:
Step 1: mix a spoonful of sugar and yeast powder into the milk
Step 2: stir until sugar is completely melted, then add 100g flour
Step 3: stir well until there are no particles in the dough
Step 4: seal the plastic film and ferment for 30 minutes (as shown in the figure)
Step 5: 500 grams of flour, vanilla essence, 120 sugar and salt, put into the fermentation step 4 and knead in the kneading machine

Step 14: use any bottle cap you can find at home to press out the small circle between them, so that it becomes a doughnut.
Step 15: put it on the oil paper at a distance and relax for 30 minutes in a windless place.
Step 16: heat the oil in the pan to 7 minutes. If you're not sure, you can put a leftover material to have a try. If it floats up immediately, it's OK. (150160 degrees with thermometer)
Step 17: add loose doughnuts and fry them over low heat.
Step 18: pick up immediately when both sides are brown.
Step 19: put it on kitchen paper to absorb oil and cool.
Step 20: roll the doughnut with sugar or powdered sugar.
Step 21: don't throw leftovers! Although it looks bad, it tastes the same.
