Apple cake
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the required materials.
Step 2: peel the apple and cut it into slices, soak it in light salt water for 10 minutes, then remove and drain.
Step 3: soften the butter, add the sugar and beat.
Step 4: add the egg liquid in several times.
Step 5: stir until the butter and egg melt completely, then add the next time.
Step 6: sift in the mixed low flour and baking powder.
Step 7: mix well with scraper to make cake.
Step 8: leave a small part of the cake blank, and press the rest to the bottom and around of the cake mold.
Step 9: put the drained apple into the cake.
Step 10: Sprinkle appropriate amount of coarse sugar and cinnamon powder on the apple surface.
Step 11: rub the remaining cake into long strips and place them in grid shape.
Step 12: preheat the oven 165 degrees, put in the middle layer, bake for 45-50 minutes.
