Introduction:

The meat is soft, rotten and sweet, with the delicacy and aroma of bean paste. The glutinous rice is sweet, fine and glutinous, fat but not greasy, and has a long aftertaste. "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash pork, add ginger slices, cook for 10 minutes, remove and control dry. Wipe mash wine on the meat surface three times while it is hot.
Step 2: heat the frying pan, stick the skin on the surface of the pan, and cook until it foams and turns brown. I didn't use frying (also called running oil pot) to avoid oil splashing, which is more environmentally friendly. Soak the prepared meat in hot water for 10 minutes.
Step 3: freeze the meat stuffing with sand (i.e. washed sand, made of bean paste, sold in supermarkets) in the refrigerator and slice it.
Step 4: cut the streaky pork into two pieces of skin 5 cm long and 4 mm thick. Put the sand washing piece into the meat piece and press it with your hand. The skin goes down into a large bowl. Add tangerine peel (I use orange peel) in the meat, play a role in flavor. Pour the rest of the mash.
Step 5: soak glutinous rice half a day in advance and extend the time appropriately in winter. You can also boil the glutinous rice, turn the water on and off, drain the water, mix with brown sugar, and spread it on the meat surface. Stick chopsticks on the glutinous rice to make it easy to steam.
Step 6: add more water to the steamer, steam over high heat for 20 minutes, turn to low heat for half an hour, then the meat is soft and rotten. Take it out and put it on another big plate. It's just sweet and white!
Materials required:
Pork: 500g
Wash sand (sand meat stuffing): 150g
Glutinous rice: 150g
Mash: 20g
Brown sugar: 50g
Tangerine peel: 10g
Lao Jiang: one piece
Note: 1, the choice of pork is better. Too thin meat doesn't taste good. 2. If you don't like tangerine peel, you can not use tangerine peel and add other spices. 3. There is no ready-made washing sand, can also be replaced by bean paste, but the effect is not so good. 4. Add brown sugar according to personal taste. If you like sweetness, add more, it will taste better.
