Production steps:
Step 1: mix noodles. It's said that the skin of spring cake should be hot-rolled, but I forgot it at the beginning, so I mixed it with cold water. It turns out that it seems to be ok too:) mixed noodles, cut into sections
Step 2: put the two sections together, apply vegetable oil in the middle, press flat with hands, and roll the skin~
Step 3: roll the skin as round as possible, not too thin. The size is decided by the size of the pan at home (my one is a little big, ha ha, later it was improved and narrowed down:), so it's convenient to fry back~
Step 4: heat up the pan, add some oil, and put the rolled cakes in (in fact, it can be made into two cakes at a time, hahaha ~). The skin of the spring cake can be cooked quickly. Turn it over one side when it's slightly zoomed, and the two sides can be almost out of the pan~
Step 5: put it aside to cool a little, then you can tear open two spring cake skins
Step 6: start preparing the sandwiches for spring cakes. You can play at will. In fact, you can put whatever dishes you have at home. Here are Chinese cabbage, green pepper, Pleurotus ostreatus, agaric, dried silk, dried beans, all cut into silk, and of course, scallion~~
Step 7: stir fry the dishes in the pot. If it's not easy to cook, you can put them first. In fact, the vegetables are very well cooked. Add seasoning. I think the stuffing can taste a little. Add salt, pepper, a small amount of soy sauce and vinegar in turn, and add sugar before leaving the pot
Step 8: all OK, roll the vegetables into the spring cake and you can eat it
Step 9: anyway, my parents are very cooperative. They eat a lot of food, and they praise the taste all the time. Hehe, there are some feelings, but the taste is really good. It's a spring cake dinner for the occasion:) with porridge~
