Fried hairtail
Introduction:
"We all like to make the skin crispy when eating hairtail. But I think it's OK to fry hairtail. Fried hairtail is too hot."
Production steps:
Step 1: clean the hairtail, drain the water, add wine, half a spoonful of salt, and marinate for half an hour.
Step 2: beat an egg, break it up and make it into egg liquid.
Step 3: start the pot, add proper amount of yishutang sesame oil and heat it.
Step 4: wrap the hairtail with egg liquid and fry it in oil pan.
Step 5: fry the hairtail until golden on both sides, then it can be out of the pot.

Hairtail: 500g
Egg: one
Sesame oil: 5 tbsp
Five spice powder: 5g
Note: 1. Don't put too much salt, hairtail is very salty. 2. You don't need to fry too much at first, because it's very slow to put hairtail. If you don't have enough oil, you can add it slowly.
