Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the ingredients, low gluten flour, sugar, cocoa powder, Matcha powder, eggs, chestnut powder, corn starch, salt, butter.
Step 2: cut the butter into small pieces, pour the eggs and flour into the basin.
Step 3: beat the eggs with the beater.
Step 4: add 32g white granulated sugar, 4G chestnut powder and 4G corn starch into the flour.
Step 5: pour the egg liquid and melted butter together. My butter is melted in the microwave oven. It's best if it can melt at room temperature at home. If you use the microwave oven, turn it on for 2 minutes.
Step 6: live the flour, the 1 / 3 of the dough to live on the cocoa powder.
Step 7: wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 8: after 30 minutes, take out the dough without adding cocoa powder and dry it into 0.5cm Bo cake with rolling pin. Here I'm demonstrating. Round it with a mold, which is about the size of our small bowl.
Step 9: color matching: the skin color of the animals in the biscuit is not as deep as that of the harsh dough. Just put the two dough together in this way, and live evenly.
Step 10: melt the chocolate in the pot, first put a little water, then turn on a small fire, and melt the chocolate slowly. It's melting. Cool in the shade so that the chocolate is thick when you paint it again.
Step 11: start to make shape, because I am learning to design, so I don't use any mold and pictures. With my imagination, I use scissors to cut out graphics and put them on the circle made in front. If you want to make a good-looking Q version graphics, just use scissors to spell them according to the pictures. Remember not to use too complicated pictures, it's not successful.
Step 12: bake the biscuits in good shape. I use mini Meide oven. So I put the fire on the lower layer for 5 minutes, then change the fire for 5 minutes, put it on the upper layer, and finally on the middle layer. I put the fire on the upper layer for 2 minutes. If it's a good oven, it's 180 degrees in the middle layer, and it's only 10 minutes. After baking, I put it on the cold, just like this. I draw lines and dots with chocolate liquid.
