Braised spareribs with lotus root
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces.
Step 2: prepare onion, ginger and star anise.
Step 3: wash lotus root and cut into pieces.
Step 4: blanch the ribs and drain.
