Production steps:
Step 1: first remove the root part of Agrocybe aegerita, and then wash it.
Step 2: blanch in boiling water.
Step 3: wash the meat and cut it into 1cm thick slices.
Step 4: blanch in a pan.
Step 5: take it out and control the moisture.
Step 6: slice onion and ginger.
Step 7: put oil in the pot, add scallion and ginger, stir fry until fragrant.
Step 8: stir fry the meat.
Step 9: add cooking wine and soy sauce to stir fry.
Step 10: add sugar and water.
Step 11: pour into the electric pressure cooker.
Step 12: put in the Agrocybe aegerita.
Step 13: add star anise and cinnamon.
Step 14: cover and press the meat spareribs button for 40 minutes.
Step 15: put it on a plate and you can eat it.
