Production steps:
Step 1: prepare red dates and dried peanuts.
Step 2: soak the dried peanuts in cold water for half an hour.
Step 3: add water to the electric stew.

Step 5: wash the jujube and stew for two and a half hours.
Step 6: after stewing, add rock sugar as you like.

Note: the early brewing of peanuts, one is to remove the poor quality of peanuts, the other is in the pickled peanuts in the later stew can taste better.
