Sausage and rice pizza
Introduction:
"This is a simple pizza that is very popular with small pot friends. If your leftover rice is limited to fried rice, you might as well try this one. I believe your baby will give you a big compliment."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the ingredients, cut carrots and green peppers into small cubes, slice Pleurotus eryngii, ham sausage, rub cheese or slice.
Step 2: blanch diced carrot and corn, blanch Pleurotus eryngii, squeeze out water and cut into diced.
Step 3: spread butter evenly on the baking pan.
Step 4: wear disposable gloves, first the rice ball into a ball, press flat in the baking pan.
Step 5: make a round cake about 1.5cm thick.
Step 6: evenly spread a layer of pizza sauce on the rice cake.
Step 7: Sprinkle half the cheese.

Note: to make this rice pizza, you'd better use fresh steamed rice. If you use leftover rice like me, you must first use the microwave oven to heat it. The rice cake should be compacted as much as possible when shaping, otherwise it is easy to scatter.
