Production steps:
Step 1: separation of protein and yolk.

Step 10: middle layer of oven, 210 ℃ for 25-28 minutes (the temperature and time are adjusted according to your oven)
Step 11: take it out after baking, gently press it on the surface of the cake with the grill, turn it upside down and tear off the oil paper to cool.
Step 12: add 20g sugar to the cream, beat to nine.
Step 13: prepare a new oil paper, spread a layer of whipped cream on the surface of the cake, and add some honey red beans. Don't spread the cream too thick
