Hong Kong style sweet potato
Introduction:
"This is the second time I've made tapioca. The kids thought it was delicious, so I made it again. Last time I was in a hurry, so I didn't take any pictures. This time, I won't let it go. Since it's delicious, I want to share it with my friends immediately, so I quickly uploaded it. This is the simple and easy to do drop "potato". Maybe everyone has done it, but it doesn't matter. I'd like to share with you all the wrong steps. Please give me some advice.... The last time I did it, I didn't put any drinking pigment. I thought the color was too light and too white. This time I decided to give it some color, but I accidentally put too many colors on it. It's like this Mo Di... Orange... "I'm not sure."
Production steps:
Step 1: take all the materials of the potato.
Step 2: put glutinous rice flour, Chengfen, peanut oil, fresh milk and water in a large bowl.
Step 3: mix well with egg beater, add sugar and mix until sugar dissolves.
Step 4: add a little orange pigment and stir well. (may not put)
Step 5: put a little cream on the 9-inch square mold.
Step 6: apply the cream to the bottom of the mold, 2 inches on 4 sides.
Step 7: pour the evenly mixed glutinous rice paste into the mold.
Step 8: steam in a steamer until cooked.
Step 9: take it out, insert it with toothpick and pull it out. If it doesn't stick, it means it's ripe.
Step 10: pour the steamed potato on the plate and let it cool.
Step 11: put peanut powder and sugar in a small bowl and mix well.
Step 12: cut the cooled potato into 1 inch wide strips with a scraper.
Step 13: cut it all into silk shape.
Step 14: dip it in peanut sugar.
Step 15: the simple version of "Hong Kong style potato"!
Materials required:
Glutinous rice flour: 100g
Clear flour: 35g
Peanut powder: 75g
Peanut oil: 2 tbsp
Mineral water: 180 ml
Refined sugar: 75g
Fresh milk: 1 tbsp
Orange pigment: a little
Young sugar: 55g
Note: 1) peanut oil itself has a strong peanut flavor, adding into the potato will make it have peanut flavor. Wrap a layer of peanut sugar powder when eating, and add fragrance to the fragrance! 2) The cream on the baking tray is easy to drop off when demoulding!
