Red sugar melon seed chip
Introduction:
"It seems that I've become an oven controller these days. I learn baking knowledge every day and try to bake this and that. I'm so busy that I just take care of it, but I don't have time to send it to the seniors for guidance. Although it's not very good, it's still a great comfort to me that my son and friends have finished sharing food when I come out of the oven. I will continue to work hard. "
Production steps:
Step 1: preparation materials: butter 60g brown sugar 60g low gluten flour 150g baking soda 1g whole egg liquid 45g melon seeds 50g
Step 2: bake melon seeds in advance. Put the butter and brown sugar together.
Step 3: beat with electric stirrer until the mixture is loose, add the scattered whole egg liquid in several times, and mix evenly. (the first time I sent butter, it may be that it didn't soften in place, didn't send, depressed ~ ~)
Step 4: sift in the low gluten flour and baking soda together, cut and mix evenly with a scraper until there is no dry powder.
Step 5: pour in the melon seeds and mix well.
Step 6: preheat the oven, heat up and down 180 degrees, spread tin foil on the baking tray, divide the mixed dough into small even dough, press flat, and then press several marks on it with a fork. Put in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Materials required:
Butter: 60g
Brown sugar: 60g
Low gluten flour: 150g
Baking soda: 1g
Whole egg liquid: 45g
Melon seeds: 50g
Note: 1. I use the recipe on the baking dictionary, which uses pine nuts. I don't have it, so I use melon seeds instead. In fact, I can drop walnut, almond and peanut kernels. 2. I felt that the brown sugar was not broken, and I was very worried. I didn't expect that the brown sugar with small pieces melted into brown color in the baking process, which made the biscuit full of the smell of caramel and had an unexpected effect. It was very good.
