Introduction:
Efficacy: this decoction has the effect of warming kidney and helping Yang, nourishing yin and stopping astringency
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the fish glue for about 3 hours.
Step 2: soak the Cordyceps for use.
Step 3: soak the snail slices for about 3 hours.
Step 4: soak scallops in warm water, tear them into strips and leave them in water.
Step 5: water the mushroom and leave it in the water.
Step 6: wash and set aside.
Step 7: add ginger slices to Zipai, and then boil over high heat. Add rice wine (I use rice wine from Kuaiji mountain).

Step 11: simmer for 2-3 hours.
Step 12: add a little wolfberry and salt to taste.
Step 13: add water to the cabbage, and then wait for it to be used.
Step 14: add the watered vegetable heart into the soup, which is refreshing and delicious. You can also take away part of the oil and water in the soup.
