Introduction:

I just used them as stuffing and made them into beef vermicelli pie. The spiced beef pie with vermicelli, the soft glutinous rice, the elastic teeth of vermicelli, and the delicious beef stuffing gave this humble household pastry a different taste
Production steps:
Step 1: add cold water to the self-made powder, mix well, and ferment in a warm place.
Step 2: prepare beef dumplings, potato vermicelli, scallions and carrots. Cut scallion and carrot into small pieces and set aside.
Step 3: Boil the rice dumplings and potato vermicelli in boiling water and let cool.

Step 10: cover and simmer until the water is dry.
