Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pig bone, blanch it in a boiling water pan, remove and wash.
Step 2: slice ginger and scallion.
Step 3: cut the corn into small pieces.
Step 4: put proper amount of water into the casserole, add the bone, onion and ginger.
Step 5: after boiling, skim the foam, pour in the right amount of cooking wine, white vinegar and sugar.
Step 6: put in corn and medlar, continue to simmer over low heat.
