Braised bean curd with meat sauce

Production steps:
Step 1: slice the tender tofu. (this kind of bean curd is easy to break and tastes good. It is suitable for making bean curd powder or bean curd soup, but not for brewing bean curd.)
Step 2: wash and chop the scallion.
Step 3: heat the pan, add some oil and stir fry with meat sauce for a while.
Step 4: pour in tofu and stir fry for about 1 minute.
Step 5: mix salt and chicken powder.
Step 6: add soy sauce.
Step 7: pour in chopped green onion and stir fry evenly

Note: minced meat itself cooked, stir fry hot, add tofu quickly stir fry 1-2 minutes. If the meat is not cooked, the cooking time should be adjusted.
