Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the tofu into 2cm cubes, blanch in the pan, remove and drain the water.
Step 2: pour out the squeezed orange juice.
Step 3: put the bean curd in a 45% hot oil pan and fry it into golden yellow. Drain the oil.
Step 4: put a small amount of oil in the pot, and then saute onion and garlic. Add orange juice, sugar and salt and bring to a boil.
Step 5: add the fried beans and stir fry continuously.
Step 6: add the starch to collect the juice.
