In fact, Baikuai is a bit similar to the northern New Year cake, but Baikuai is made of ordinary rice, while the New Year cake is made of glutinous rice. Baikuai can be made into various shapes. In addition to filament, Baikuai is also called Baikuai regardless of cake shape, roll shape or block shape. The famous shaobaikuai in Kunming is that when the Baikuai in the shape of thin pancake is roasted on a smokeless charcoal fire until it is slightly burnt yellow, it is coated with sesame paste, chili sauce, oil pepper, salted tofu, etc. on the surface, it can also be sandwiched into cold slices of beef and mutton or fried dough sticks. Production steps:
Step 1: heat the frying pan, pour in proper amount of edible oil, stir fry ginger and garlic, then stir fry with meat foam.
Step 2: stir fry the meat foam and add the flour paste to stir fry the flavor.
Step 3: add a little soy sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate, stir fry evenly, then set aside.
Step 4: put the bait into the electric cake pan and fry until it is yellowish and soft.
Step 5: take out the soft bait pieces and spread them with a layer of fried meat sauce.
Step 6: roll up the bait pieces and cut them into small pieces to eat, or you can eat them without cutting them off.
