Three easy steps to make grilled salmon with Orleans flavor
Introduction:
"The first Orleans flavor we came into contact with was Kentucky Fried Chicken Wings with Orleans flavor. Overnight, the popularity of Orleans flavor was overwhelming. The flavor of Orleans is very unique. I like all kinds of compound flavors very much. However, the price of KFC's Orleans roast chicken wings is high and the quantity is small. It's impossible to eat them once. It's not until the pickled seasonings of Orleans taste come on the market that I can satisfy my dream of eating. I can easily make all kinds of authentic Orleans barbecues at home. In fact, most of us use Orleans marinade to bake all kinds of meat. The innovation in our life is always very simple. This time, I made a grilled salmon with the flavor of Orleans. The delicious fish and the vanilla flavor of Orleans really match each other. Horseface fish is called green fin horseface puffer in Jiaodong coastal area. It is called "pickpocketed wolf fish". The origin of the name "pickpocketed wolf fish" is that the skin of horseface fish is hard and can be easily peeled off. "Pickpocketed wolf fish" is a kind of fish with rich nutrition. Its protein content is particularly high. Every 100 grams of fish meat contains 1.92 grams of protein. Other nutrients include trace amounts of fat, calcium, phosphorus, iron and so on. It can be used as medicine to treat stomach disease, mastitis and gastrointestinal bleeding. Its skin can be made into gelatin
Production steps:
Step 1: after washing the fish, tear off the skin
Step 2: 150 grams of Orleans seasoning
Step 3: then cut the fish on both sides
Step 4: put the fish in a container, and pour the Orleans seasoning into the container
Step 5: spread the marinated seasoning evenly on all parts of the fish; refrigerate for 4-5 hours, and turn it twice to make it more uniform and tasty
Step 6: put the marinated fish on the grill and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
Step 7: take it out after 15 minutes, apply the remaining marinade on both sides of the fish with a food brush to make it taste better; then bake it in the oven at 200 ℃ for 10 minutes
Materials required:
Horseface fish: 4
Orleans marinade: 150g
Precautions: 1. Draw a knife on the edge of the fish body when plucking the skin, then pull the skin with your hand and tear it off gently; 2. The longer the marinating time is, the more delicious it will be, but not more than 24 hours, so the fish will taste better; 3. The roasting time depends on the size of the fish. The fish I made this time are smaller, so the roasting time is shorter; 4. Use medium heat before roasting Roast the fish inside and outside, and then roast the fish in the fire.
