Steamed rice with sausage
Introduction:
"Today, I went to Carrefour and saw a special package of Cantonese sausages, 200g, with 6 pieces. Can you guess how much a bag is? For a long time, it's nine dollars and nine dollars. It's really a good deal. It's only about one dollar and six dollars. Today, I used a piece of sausage and some mustard and two meatballs to make the soup. It cost me about four yuan. It's worth it?! Cured rice is generally greasy and should not be eaten more. Of course, it's better to go with a mustard farm! "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the sausage and cut it into thin slices. I chose one. How about you?
Step 2: oil in a cold pan, add two slices of sausage, and heat up. In fact, it's better to cut the bacon thick, because the sausage is easy to burn.
Step 3: pour the hot oil into the soy sauce that has been mixed well with sugar, and then mix well. This is Laofan juice. Add scallion before the meal.
Step 4: wash rice and add appropriate amount of tea making water. It is mainly used to remove greasy tea.
Step 5: after the water is boiled, put it on the steamer, steam for about eight minutes, and then when the water is dry, spread the sliced sausage.
Step 6: spread the sausage slices evenly.
Step 7: steam for another five minutes until the sausage is transparent, then pour with rice sauce and scallion, and simmer for two or three minutes.
