Chocolate Truffles

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the chocolate core

Brandy: 1 teaspoon
Butter: 4 g
Cocoa powder: 15g
Note: Brandy can be replaced by rum. When melting chocolate with water, the temperature should not be too high. Generally, 60 degrees is OK. Chocolate balls don't have to be very round.
