Introduction:

"Peach gum, a resin secreted by peach tree wounds, is a bit like pine resin. It has the effect of defecating, reducing acne and dredging collaterals. Pregnant women and girls can't eat it during menstruation

Production steps:

Step 1: choose the color as transparent as possible, but not too clean

Step 2: soak in water

Step 3: after running for 2 hours, preliminarily screen the black garbage

Step 4: release the water for another night

Step 5: clean up all the black rubbish in the peach gum

The sixth step of my choice is Tremella fuciformis

Step 7: soak in water for about half an hour, cut off the roots with scissors and break them into small ones

Step 8: put it into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and bring to a boil over low heat for 2 hours

Step 9: soak snow lotus seeds in water for 1 hour

Step 10: pour peach gum and snow lotus seed into Tremella fuciformis which is boiled for 2 hours at the same time, and then cook for 1 hour

Note: peach gum should be soaked in advance. Saussurea seed is also called Gleditsia rice. It can also be replaced by coconut or Yada seed.
