Introduction:

Blanch beef or pork for 2 minutes, remove and wash. Boil 4 cups of water and meat mixture, put down the meat pieces and cook for 40 minutes (it must be made with gentle fire, so that the soup will taste delicious). Take out the meat and cut it into thin slices when it is cold. Filter the broth and let it cool. If there is oil, skim it clean and put it in a bowl. 2. Add proper amount of soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and garlic water into the broth, and then add 1:2 ice water into the prepared juice (1 small bowl of original broth, 2 bowls of ice water, measured by the small bowl of eating)
Production steps:
Step 1: soften the cold noodles with cold water, tear off the glued parts with hands, clean and drain the water. (I bought dry cold noodles, so it will take longer to soak them.)
Step 2: Ingredients: marinated meat, spicy cabbage, cucumber, marinated eggs, sesame, garlic, onion, coriander.
Step 3: after the broth is cooled, pour it into a bowl, add 2 bowls of ice water, sugar, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, chive, coriander, garlic, sesame oil, and mix well. (I made it for two)
Step 4: Boil half a pot of boiling water, put the cold noodles into boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes until they are cooked, then remove them
Step 5: cool with cold water and drain with a colander
Step 6: put the cold noodles in a bowl, cut the eggs in half and put them on. Then put on the shredded cucumber, spicy cabbage and marinated meat. Sprinkle with chopped chives and parsley. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. (if you like, you can add garlic sauce or chili oil to make it taste different.)
