Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: dissolve the butter in water, add the powdered sugar, stir well, and then use the blender (so that the powdered sugar will not fly out when stirring)
Step 3: stir until milky white.
Step 4: add a small amount of egg liquid several times until it is absorbed slowly and beaten well.
Step 5: after beating the egg, add the sifted low powder, and slowly mix it up and down.
Step 6: knead it into a ball, cover it with a cover or plastic wrap, and let it grow for about 40 minutes.
Step 7: take a small piece of dough and put the template on it. (in particular, after the dough is rolled into a round shape, it must be put in the freezer for about 20 minutes. After putting it, the dough will retract. When it is a little hard, it can be carved again.)
Step 8: use a knife to carve out the shape one by one. After each moment, use your hand to sort out all around.
Step 9: after carving out, put it into the baking pan, bake it at 100 ℃ for about 10 minutes, and the biscuit will turn slightly yellow around. (each family's oven model is different, and the time is also different. Observe more when baking, and don't paste it.)
Step 10: I use Monascus powder with a little water, and then I use toothpick to write it bit by bit. I use brush to write it. Biscuits are not easy to absorb.

Step 15: after each puzzle is finished, draw the pattern you like.
