Production steps:
Step 1: This is balsam pear on the tree;
Step 2: after growing up, take it off, soak it in water for 1-2 hours, and then wash it with salt water;
Step 3: wash the chopping board and knife with boiling water to dry, cut the balsam pear in half to remove the seeds, and then cut it into pieces obliquely, with a thickness of about 2-3mm;
