Production steps:
Step 1: wash the eel and cut it into 5 cm segments. Marinate with salt, cooking wine and starch.
Step 2: set the frying pan on high heat, add cooking oil to 180 degrees, stir fry the eel until the eel is curled and the surface water is dry. Stir fry Pixian bean paste, ginger, garlic and scallion.
