New try, new taste
Introduction:
"Lychee is very popular recently, whether it's dark cuisine or conventional cuisine. People are paying attention to it. I can't accept the taste of lychee dipped in soy sauce. It's OK for lychee stuffed with meat. Steamed litchi is not as good as fresh litchi. So today I try to make a crispy lychee ball. It's really good, with crisp skin, light meat and a hint of lychee fruit..... You might as well try it, too. "
Production steps:
Step 1: add salt, soy sauce, chicken essence, green onion and ginger to the meat filling, and stir until strong.
Step 2: wash litchi, peel and core. Dry the litchi meat.
Step 3: put the meat into the litchi.
Step 4: cover the litchi stuffed with meat with dry starch.
Step 5: add another layer of egg.
Step 6: coat the surface with bread bran.
Step 7: put into a 50% hot oil pan and deep fry until yellowish.
Step 8: deep fry again until golden, remove and drain oil.
