Vanilla cherry ice cream
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the necessary raw materials. (glutinous rice flour forgot to be photographed)
Step 2: use the dried fruit.
Step 3: plant cream.
Step 4: add white sugar and glutinous rice flour to the egg yolk, and beat evenly with a manual beater.
Step 5: add a little soy milk and beat until the egg becomes thick and light yellow.
Step 6: add the remaining soy milk and stir well.
Step 7: put it on the furnace and heat it slowly.
Step 8: stir in a circle while heating until it is slightly boiling and viscous, turn off the fire; add vanilla powder, stir well, and then cool off.
Step 9: cut the dried fruit into fine grains.
Step 10: beat the cream to about 7.
Step 11: add the whipped cream to the egg size and stir well.
Step 12: put it into the fresh-keeping box, put it into the refrigerator and freeze for 1 hour until it is semi solidified, take it out and beat it at a low speed with the stirring rod of the electric egg beater. After that, it was taken out and stirred every half an hour for 6 times.
Step 13: after the last beating, add the virgin fruit, mix well, and then freeze in the refrigerator.

Glutinous rice flour: 8g
Vegetable cream: 80g
Virgin dried fruit: 50g
Note: I am a completely exclusive person of dairy products, since childhood do not eat milk, do not like, also can not get used to its smell. Therefore, no matter what kind of food, I always use soy milk instead of milk. The ice cream made with soybean milk instead of milk has the same strong and mellow taste. If you are not like me, just change the soybean milk in the formula into the same amount of milk.
