Peanut and pig's feet soup
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the pig's hoof from one end, don't cut the skin of the other end, cut it into small pieces in the middle (this can be done by the pork stall owner). When stewing, it will be soft and rotten, and then put it into water to remove the blood and froth
Step 2: wash the preserved vegetables and cut them into small pieces
Step 3: wash the peanuts without peeling
Step 4: dispose all the materials and pour them into the voltage pot (you can also use soup pot and casserole, I want to save trouble and time, so I can directly use the voltage pot)
Step 5: add appropriate amount of water, not all the materials, if you use a soup pot, it is recommended that you can have more water, the water will evaporate when stewing
Sixth step: start pig's trotters with bean pots and run around 30 minutes. After that, add proper amount of MSG to the table. Cook in a soup pot. Boil it over and over. Cook it over 2 hours or so until the cooked pork is rotten.

Note: generally choose pig's hand, after pig's hoof fat oil is more, stew out of the soup is greasy, peanut red skin don't peel off, red skin plays the role of blood, add preserved vegetables this soup does not need to add salt
