Italian beef noodles
Introduction:
"It might be a little ugly to shoot"
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials
Step 2: blanch in a pan, add 10 ml olive oil and garlic
Step 3: pour in the beef
Step 4: the two sides of the beef have a little color, put a little salt, and then add 2 spoonfuls of white wine
Step 5: change this pot, because the bottom of the pot is thick, it is not easy to dry. Pour in tomato sauce, then pour in 200 ml water, bring to a boil over high heat, and then simmer for 50 minutes with minimum heat
Step 6: This is an italian seasoning. It tastes delicious. Just put half of it in. The noodles I cooked are for three people
Step 7: bring the water to a boil, add a spoonful of salt, about 5g, and then add noodles. I use No. 5 spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes
Step 8: after the noodles have been cooked, put them in the place where the beef sauce has been cooked. Do not turn off the fire. Turn on the minimum fire for 1 minute, so that the taste will go in
Step 9: the noodles have been cooked, and some parsley is scattered on them
