Production steps:
Step 1: clean the fish, use marinade to develop overnight, spread tin foil on the baking pan, brush oil, heat up and down the oven, 230 ℃, preheat. Seasoning: cooking wine, soy sauce, oil consumption, steamed fish, a little soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger. (seasoning depends on the size of the fish)
Step 2: while preheating the oven, put the developed fish on the plate and prepare to bake.
Step 3: at the same time, prepare potatoes, onions, onion ring, potato cutter block. Wash the dried pepper and soak in water.
Step 4: cut the potato into pieces, rinse it twice with water, sprinkle appropriate amount of salt for about 5 minutes. (I forgot to take pictures of cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers into pieces for later use ~)
Step 5: after the oven is preheated, put the fish in the oven at 230 ℃ for about 30 minutes. My fish is a little big. If the fish is small, it will take 25 minutes
Step 6: fill in a picture ~ ~ (in fact, you can choose some lumpy and low moisture seasonal vegetables according to your preference, such as cauliflower, carrot, celery, etc.)

Step 8: take out the pot, add oil, prepare to fry the potatoes and garlic until the skin is slightly yellow, and then you can get out of the pot. The potatoes are large and need to be fried a little longer (students who don't like frying can cook the potatoes in water, but the taste of potatoes is better without oil)

Step 12: from the pot, put a little oil, add pepper star anise stir fry for a while.
Step 13: drain out the star anise pepper and leave oil, then put in Pixian Douban (I will give it to my baby according to my own taste and dish weight, so I put less, in fact, more will taste better.) Add the pickled dry pepper and stir fry for a while.
Step 14: put in the potatoes and stir fry for a while (if the potatoes are fried lightly when the oil is over, stir fry for a while more. If you feel that they are burnt in the pan, you can put some soup or water)
Step 15: finally add cucumber and onion ring, add a little salt, continue to stir fry, out of the pot.
Step 16: put the fried food into the baking pan, continue to put it into the oven, bake for 10 minutes, let the taste of the food fully integrate into the fish.
