Papaya and milk
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare half a ripe papaya and a box of pure milk. I use Yili pure milk.
Step 2: remove the seeds of papaya, hold the papaya with gauze, then squeeze out papaya juice and put it into a bowl. If you have a juicer at home, it's also a good choice.
Step 3: pour the right amount of pure milk into the pot, boil until slightly boiling, then pour into the bowl.
Step 4: mix papaya and milk well.
Step 5: seal it until it is cooled and solidified (if you like to eat it cold, you can also freeze it into the refrigerator). I'll drink the rest of the milk and papaya juice together, which is much better than the authentic papaya milk bought in the supermarket!
Step 6: the solidified papaya collides with milk, tastes smooth and sweet, and melts in the mouth.
