Passion Fruit Mousse Cake
Introduction:
"A few days ago, it was my mother's birthday. I wanted to go out and buy a cake, but I was afraid that it would be too wasteful for three people to eat. I just started to make an affordable and healthy one. It's better to be able to control the fat content by myself ~ ~ even my father, who usually doesn't eat snacks, ate one piece. Tut tut Tut, give me satisfaction ~"
Production steps:
Step 1: materials collection (Lai Lai ~ eggplant ~)
Step 2: make two pieces of six inch Qifeng cake (see my other recipes for Qifeng cake, I won't repeat here)
Step 3: break the fish glue pieces and soak in water to soften (put less water)
Step 4: take a piece of cake and put it into the mold. Stick the kiwi fruit cut into half circle around it and put it aside
Step 5: add the cherry sauce into the freshly softened fish glue slice (with water), and heat until the fish glue melts
Step 6: cool slightly, add yogurt and mix well
Step 7: light cream, white granulated sugar, until wet, then add to the mixture of yogurt and cherry sauce, stir well
Step 8: pour the mixed mousse stuffing into the mould where the cake slice is just placed (just cover the cake slice)
Step 9: cover another piece of cake
Step 10: pour in the remaining mousse filling and refrigerate for more than 4 hours
Step 11: decorate with fruit, then turn the chocolate into chocolate sauce, put it into the flower mounting bag and write the words
