Production steps:

Step 8: knead into smooth dough and wake up for 30 minutes;
Step 9: wake up two dough;
Step 10: Sprinkle dry noodles on the panel and knead the two dough to exhaust;
Step 11: roll the two dough into rectangular pieces, and stack the yellow pieces on the white pieces;
Step 12: roll up the short edge of the dough, close the mouth, wipe a little water and stick it firmly, then rub it a little longer;
Step 13: cut a small piece off each end, and then cut it into four sections, so that each side looks neat;
Step 14: knead the small dough pieces a few times, and then roll them into thin slices;
Step 15: I cut out four patterns (flower, smiling face, five pointed star and heart shape) with scissors, put water on the four rolls respectively;
Step 16: then knead the remaining dough into a long strip, shape it into a spiral roll, and put it into the steamer;
