Fried chicken with Laoganma
Introduction:
"When the weather gets hot, the food is always light. I want to change my taste and have some spicy food, but I don't want to be too troublesome. I want to make delicious food, and I want to be simple. This is a kind of frying method taught by my friends. Soon, I was worried about whether it would be cooked. In fact, I don't have to worry about it. It's cooked and tender."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the chicken and drain.
Step 2: chop the chicken into small pieces. I didn't chop too small, I didn't have much strength
Step 3: pour oil into hot pot, add ginger slices and saute until fragrant.
Step 4: pour in the chicken, remember not to stir fry immediately, let it fry in the pot and then stir fry. This way, the chicken will be tender.
Step 5: when the chicken is fried with dry water, add proper amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, Laoganma chili sauce. If you like spicy food, you can add more (because I don't add much in summer). You can fry it for seven or eight minutes, and add salt when you start the pot.
