Production steps:
Step 1: after dry cleaning, soak the grapes with proper amount of milk and 5ml rum
Step 2: pour 5g yeast into warm water at about 40 ℃ and mix for standby
Step 3: mix flour, 3G salt, 30g sugar, add yeast water several times to soften the dough until smooth
Step 4: put the wet cloth on the back cover in a warm environment for fermentation for 40 ~ 60 minutes
Step 5: mix the fermented dough with raisins and knead well
Step 6: divide into about 30g small dough and put it into the baking pan
