Production steps:
Step 1: wash the red bayberry with salt water, drain the water and put it into the porcelain jar for wine making.
Step 2: pour the broken rock sugar on the red bayberry. Basically, the rock sugar can be completely covered on the red bayberry.
The third step: pour high Baijiu and plum sugar, cover the lid, seal well and put it in the shade. (I haven't measured how much Baijiu is in the world, but just overspread the bayberry.
Step 4: after a week, you can start to have a taste.
