Introduction:

A little five spices will not rob the taste of the soup. Of course, if you don't like it, it's OK not to let it go. If you think it's troublesome to cook your own beef soup, you can also use beef powder instead. "
Production steps:
Step 1: soften the cold noodles with cold water, tear off the glued parts with hands, clean and drain the water. (I bought dry cold noodles, so it will take longer to soak them.)
Step 2: pour the beef soup juice into a bowl to cool. If there is oil, skim it off
Step 3: Ingredients: marinated beef, spicy cabbage, cucumber, marinated egg, sesame, garlic, onion, coriander.
Step 4: after the beef soup is cooled, add 2 bowls of ice water, sugar, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, chive, coriander, garlic, sesame oil and mix well.
Step 5: Boil half a pot of boiling water, put the cold noodles into boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes until they are cooked, then remove them.
Step 6: cool in cold water, put in the colander to drain, you can change several times cold water cleaning, taste better.
Step 7: put the cold noodles into the prepared beef soup bowl, cut the eggs in half and put them on it, then put on the shredded cucumber, spicy cabbage and stewed beef, sprinkle with chopped chive and coriander, sprinkle with sesame. (if you like, you can add garlic sauce or chili oil. It's a different flavor. I add a little chili oil, and it tastes good.)

Note: cold noodle soup production: 1. After the whole piece of beef is boiled, remove and wash. Bring 4 cups of water and marinated meat to a boil.
