Sauteed Vermicelli with Spicy Minced Pork
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash and Mince Pork, peel garlic, pat and chop into minced garlic. Marinate the meat with salt, garlic and chicken powder for a while. Wash and chop the scallions.

Note: don't dry and paste the vermicelli. It's better to eat the soft ones. Do the same with other fans, make sure to soak the hair until the fans are soft and then stir fry. The stuffing is salted, and the sauce needs no more salt.
